TAKM — Türkiye Alman Koordinasyon Merkezi

Accessibility

Accessibility statement.

TAKM is not a public body under Germany's Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG) or the BITV, and is therefore not legally required to be accessible. We nonetheless aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA.

What we already do

Semantic HTML

Headings, lists, and form fields are marked up with the appropriate HTML elements, not just styled to look that way.

Keyboard operability

All interactive elements — links, buttons, form fields, the language switcher — can be used without a mouse.

Visible focus indicators

Focused elements receive a clearly visible outline so keyboard navigation stays traceable at all times.

Content works without JavaScript

Animations are purely visual. If JavaScript is disabled, all content remains fully visible.
