Contact and report-a-case form
If you use the contact form or the "Report a Case" form, we process the data you enter — name, email address, and depending on the form, subject/category, region, and your message or description. This data is used solely to process your inquiry or report. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR (processing your request or legitimate interest in documenting reported cases).
Email delivery via a processor
Email delivery for forms is planned to run through the email service provider Resend (Resend, Inc., USA). Once this connection is active, data entered in the respective form will be transmitted to Resend for delivery purposes. Resend also processes data outside the EU/EEA; in that case, transfer takes place on the basis of appropriate safeguards, in particular EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

This website currently does not use cookies, analytics tools, or tracking services.
Retention period
Data submitted via forms is stored only as long as necessary to process your inquiry or report and to document it as part of TAKM's tasks, unless statutory retention obligations require otherwise.
