The Türkiye Alman Koordinasyon Merkezi supports German citizens in Turkey through information, coordination, and orientation. The organization operates independently, transparently, and professionally. It documents the challenges faced by German citizens, promotes dialogue with institutions, and develops solutions for recurring problems. In the long term, TAKM aims to become the recognized point of contact for German citizens in Turkey.

TAKM is not beholden to any commercial interest group. Decisions are guided solely by the needs of German citizens in Turkey.

Processes, statistics, and annual reports are published in a traceable way — even when a matter cannot (yet) be fully resolved.

Concerns are recorded, documented, and addressed in dialogue with responsible institutions in a structured way — not as isolated cases, but as recurring patterns.

TAKM collects and documents the concerns that actually affect German citizens in Turkey. Individual reports reveal patterns; patterns become concrete talking points for dialogue with authorities, institutions, and representations. The goal is not one-off help in a single case, but lasting improvement of recurring situations.

TAKM is being built from the ground up. The ambition is high: a permanently recognized, professionally run point of contact — not a stopgap. This website accompanies that build from the very start and grows with every step the organization takes.
